Rotation stand for using the SentroPAT blend uniformity systems with small The SentroBlender is an accessory for the SentroPAT BU II or SentroPAT DA, which allows the collection of NIR spectra using a very small-scale blending vessel.
Minimum Sample Consumption
The SentroBlender enables the collection of spectra from very small-scale blends, for example, 10-20 grams. This feature can be useful for calibrating a chemometric model for blend potency without using large amounts of expensive materials. It can also be used to assess the sensitivity of NIR to intentional changes made as part of quality-by-design to ensure that any NIR methods are robust over an entire design space. Lastly, it can be used in early stage development, to assess the feasibility of NIR PAT when the amount of material available to make this assessment is limited.
Plug and Play
The SentroBlender is fully compatible with SentroPAT BU II and SentroPAT DA from the moment it arrives at a customer site. Simply attach the systems to the flange, set-up the desired measurement parameters, attach material in one of the supplied blending containers, and start collecting data!
